Shipping Documents & Labeling
Proper documentation and accurate labeling are essential for ensuring that your shipment reaches its destination smoothly and without unnecessary delays. Below, we’ve provided guidelines for both documentation and labeling.
Documentation
To process your shipment correctly, it is essential to complete and submit the following shipping documents. These documents will be reviewed by customs, so accuracy is critical.
Why Accurate Documentation Matters:
These forms are directly submitted to customs authorities, and any discrepancies can cause delays, additional charges, or even rejection of your shipment. It is crucial that you provide accurate and truthful information about your goods to avoid complications.
Key Tip:
Always complete the documents in block letters to ensure clarity and to prevent misinterpretation by customs officials.

Packing List
A complete and accurate packing list is essential to safeguard your items and enhance our service to customers. Please download and fill in all the information with precision to the best of your knowledge. The submission of an accurate packing list is mandatory for any future inquiries regarding lost or damaged items.
Send & Collect / Door Delivery
The Send & Collect/Door Delivery Service Agreement must be included with the shipper's declaration form. This form is a requirement for sending personal effects to Sri Lanka through the Send & Collect/Door Delivery service.
Labeling
Labeling your packages correctly is just as important as filling out the documentation. Proper labeling ensures that your shipment is identifiable, traceable, and delivered to the right recipient.
Labeling Guidelines:
- Include the recipient’s name, address, and contact details clearly on each package.
- Ensure that all labels are legible and securely attached to avoid them being lost or damaged in transit.
- For fragile items, use special handling labels (e.g., “Fragile,” “This Side Up”).
Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to pack and label all packages correctly. Incorrect labeling can lead to delays, misdelivery, or damage to your goods.
