The above air freight rates cover the shipment from pickup in Australia (selected suburbs only) up to delivery into the Bonded Warehouse in Sri Lanka.
This includes:

Airline freight charges
Export handling and security screening
Customs clearance to Bonded Warehouse (excluding government duties and taxes)
Pickup is available only from selected suburbs
Pickup availability will be confirmed at the time of booking
If delivery is required from the Bonded Warehouse to the final destination, the following charges apply:
Door Delivery within Colombo: AUD 25.00 per shipment (up to 25 kg)
Islandwide Door Delivery: AUD 45.00 per shipment (up to 25 kg)
Shipments exceeding 25 kg may incur additional delivery charges.
Air freight charges are calculated based on chargeable weight, being the higher of:
Actual weight, or
Volumetric weight
A minimum charge applies to all air freight shipments.
Government duties and taxes
Door delivery charges (unless selected)
Quarantine, inspection, or special handling charges (if applicable)
Any additional fees imposed by customs or local authorities
All excluded charges are payable separately and will be advised once assessed.
Rates are applicable to shipments packed in accordance with our packing guidelines.
